2 Account Registration and Eligibility

Account Security

The user is solely responsible for keeping their account login details secure. Passwords must not be shared with anyone. If there is any suspicion of unauthorized access to the account, c333 support must be notified immediately.

c333 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from misuse of an account or unauthorized access — unless it is caused by c333's own fault.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

KYC Process

c333 reserves the right to verify a user's identity and age. For this purpose, one or more of the following documents may be required:

  • National Identity Card (NID)
  • Passport
  • Birth Registration Certificate
  • Proof of ownership of payment method (bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay account number)

Withdrawal requests may be delayed until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in the immediate closure of the account.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Terms

The following rules apply when depositing funds into c333:

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
  • Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
  • Transaction limits and thresholds applicable at the time of deposit are subject to the payment provider's own terms and conditions.
  • Depositing using a third party's bank account or payment method is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions apply when withdrawing deposited funds:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
  • Standard withdrawal processing takes 30 minutes to 3 hours.
  • Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process has not been completed.
  • In cases of suspicious transactions, c333 reserves the right to hold withdrawals and request further verification.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 5).

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

The c333 welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. To receive this bonus:

  • After activating the bonus, the total bonus amount (deposit + bonus) must be wagered 10 times.
  • The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
  • Minimum qualifying deposit: ৳500.
  • The bonus conditions must be met within the specified claim period.

VIP and Other Bonuses

c333's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier. Special promotional offers related to VIP benefits may have their own separate terms.

c333 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus or promotion. In the event of any dispute regarding bonuses, c333's decision will be considered final.

6 Gaming and Betting Rules

General Gaming Policy

All games on c333 are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. The following policies apply to all gaming and betting activities:

  • If a technical error occurs in a game result, that round may be considered void.
  • For incomplete rounds due to network disconnection, c333 will determine the result according to its logs.
  • Exploiting any error or bug in the game provider's software for gain is prohibited.
  • c333 reserves the right to void bets if any suspicious betting pattern is detected.

Cricket Betting Rules

Special terms relating to cricket betting:

  • If a match is abandoned, suspended, or cancelled, bets on that event will generally be voided and the stake returned.
  • In live betting, the odds provided may change in real time.
  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Bets will be settled based on the official match result — for all international matches including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup.
  • Bets placed on events linked to match fixing or corruption will be voided.

7 Prohibited Activities

List of Strictly Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on c333. Engaging in such activities will result in permanent account closure and funds may be confiscated:

  • Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
  • Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
  • Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games.
  • Intentionally exploiting any error or bug in the game provider's software.
  • Coordinating with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Providing a false identity to c333 staff or engaging in fraud.
  • Attempting to introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code into the platform.
  • Placing bets using third-party funds or using a third-party payment method.

Warning: c333 uses advanced technology to monitor the activity of all accounts. If any prohibited activity is detected, we may be obligated to notify the relevant legal authorities.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

Reasons for Account Suspension

c333 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

  • Any breach of these terms and conditions.
  • Self-exclusion at the user's request.
  • Extended period of inactivity.
  • Refusal or delay in providing verification documents.
  • Suspicious financial activity.
  • A court order or government directive.

Status of Funds Upon Account Closure

If a user closes their account at their own request and all conditions are met, valid funds may be withdrawn. However, if an account is closed due to a breach of terms, all bonus funds will be forfeited. In any case, funds may be held during c333's investigation process.
